About the Role
The Deputy Manager – LV Sales will focus on the Mumbai region, driving revenue by promoting low‑voltage switchgear and automation products. The role involves working closely with OEMs and panel builders during the pre‑tender phase, creating specifications, and generating preference for our solutions. Regular activities include order generation, sales planning, opportunity creation, and analysis of win/loss outcomes, all supported by SAP and internal knowledge tools. • Promote and sell low‑voltage switchgear and automation products in the Mumbai region. • Engage with OEMs and panel builders during the pre‑tender stage to generate specifications and preferences. • Drive extensive promotion of LV switchgear, digital products, and IEC61439 panel solutions. • Generate orders to meet CP targets and manage daily sales activities such as planning, scheduling, opportunity creation, win/loss analysis, SAP entry, CACO analysis, and knowledge portal usage. • Conduct sales promotion activities including IPTs, product demos, presentations, and seminars. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customers within the territory. • Manage time and customer relationships effectively.

What You Bring
Success in this position requires solid technical knowledge of the switchgear product range and its applications, as well as a techno‑commercial awareness of competitor offerings. The candidate must maintain strong relationships with customers across the territory, demonstrate professionalism and perseverance, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English. Candidates should hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering and have three to four years of relevant sales experience. This background will enable them to effectively manage time, nurture customer relationships, and achieve the sales targets set for the region. • Possess strong knowledge of the switchgear product range and its applications. • Demonstrate techno‑commercial understanding of competitor product offerings. • Exhibit professionalism, perseverance, and effective communication in Hindi and English. • Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with 3‑4 years of relevant sales experience.
