About the Role
The role focuses on site and vendor management, client relationship management, finance and cost control, and staff leadership. You will oversee site operations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, support client projects, manage budgets and forecasts, and lead a multidisciplinary facilities team while upholding JLL’s core values. • Manage site operations according to policies, procedures, and contract scope. • Coordinate vendor services for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and critical systems. • Ensure vendor compliance with contracts, insurance, health, safety, environmental and risk management policies. • Collaborate with internal teams such as fitness, food services, security, and capital projects. • Support short‑ and long‑term client projects, including moves, reconfigurations, events, safety, reception, and mail services. • Develop and maintain client relationships to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators. • Identify and implement programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity. • Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and preparation of monthly spend reports (actual vs. budget, variance). • Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices, and payments, and contribute to annual capital planning. • Lead, coach, and develop a professional, creative, and detail‑oriented facilities team. • Provide onboarding, training, and team‑building activities for staff. • Act as a JLL ambassador, upholding the firm’s core values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence.

What You Bring
Candidates should have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities, property, business or a related field, along with at least two years of supervisory experience in facilities management. Proficiency with a range of information‑technology tools, strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills are also required. The position is on‑site in Miami, FL or Southaven, MS and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
