Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions and selling packing and moving supplies, performing daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls as required. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds, spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities and outdoors—including climbing stairs and opening large doors—while also performing cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds. • Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and readiness for rent • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits each day • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep customers current • Lift or move items weighing up to 35 lb • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior areas and exterior grounds • Provide flexible full-time schedule (9:30 am–6 pm, weekends until 5 pm)

What You Bring
