About the Role
The Group Manager will be accountable for operational performance across the diverse portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence and meeting client satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization to manage P&L for the business units. The role also requires presenting performance and strategic plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Day‑to‑day activities involve implementing best practices in partnership with regional and global teams. Building and maintaining executive‑level relationships with key clients is central to the position, serving as their primary strategic advisor. The manager will mentor senior managers and cultivate a collaborative culture that enhances team performance locally and globally. Additionally, the leader will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and promote wellbeing across all teams. • Oversee operational performance and delivery excellence across 10 campus parcels. • Manage P&L, develop budgets, forecast, and optimize resources. • Build executive‑level client relationships as primary strategic advisor. • Mentor and develop senior managers, fostering global collaboration. • Implement best practices with regional and global leadership. • Present business performance and strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders. • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and team wellbeing initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, and bring 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or professional services. Proven P&L management, business development success, and experience leading senior teams of 25+ professionals are required. Advanced financial acumen, strong communication, and deep market knowledge are essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, industry certifications (e.g., CCIM, SIOR, CPM), global operations experience, and a technology‑forward mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. • 15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial real estate or professional services. • Proven P&L responsibility and large‑scale operations management. • Strong business development track record with major client acquisition. • Experience leading senior teams of 25+ professionals. • Advanced financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis. • Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities. • MBA or advanced graduate degree. • Professional certifications (CCIM, SIOR, CPM, etc.). • Experience with global real‑estate operations and cross‑cultural teams. • History of successful mergers, acquisitions, or integrations. • Technology‑forward mindset and digital transformation experience. • Active involvement in industry associations and thought leadership.
