About the Role

The company is driving Australia’s clean‑energy transition, expanding its network and creating new career opportunities. As a Transmission Lineworker you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing and constructing transmission line assets, ensuring the reliability of critical infrastructure. You will work on emergency incidents, scheduled maintenance and major construction projects, putting safety, teamwork and technical excellence at the forefront of every task. • Install, maintain, and repair transmission line assets, performing inspections and identifying condition concerns. • Prepare safe work methods and safety documentation. • Mentor apprentices and junior technicians; assume crew leader duties as needed. • Collaborate with Field Coordinators and Site Managers to ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated work delivery.

What You Bring

Key qualifications include a Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems (Transmission/Distribution Overhead), a current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to respond to on‑call or after‑hours requests. Desirable experience covers high‑risk work licences and high‑voltage maintenance work such as pole replacement and insulator changeouts. • Hold a Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems (Transmission/Distribution Overhead). • Possess a current Australian driver’s licence and flexibility for on‑call/after‑hours support. • Desirable: High‑Risk Work licences (DG, RB, RI, RA, CV, C2, C6, WP, LF) and heavy rigid driver’s licence. • Experience in high‑voltage maintenance such as pole replacement, insulator changeouts, and hot‑joint repair.
