About the Role
The HSE Manager will provide visible health‑and‑safety leadership, offering expert guidance, assurance and proactive risk management across the project. The role supports teams in maintaining safe working environments, driving compliance with Mace standards and fostering a strong safety culture for responsible delivery. • Update knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, international standards, and best practices. • Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions. • Develop and enforce HSE policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance throughout project phases. • Supervise safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture. • Evaluate HSW data, KPIs, and corrective actions to identify gaps and drive improvement plans. • Manage multiple priorities to ensure timely implementation of safety measures. • Communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences. • Prioritize safety to ensure everyone returns home safe and well. • Deliver on promises to build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunities for continuous improvement and employee growth.
