About the Role

The role reports to the Vice President/Director of Operations‑JOC and involves overseeing bid packages, negotiating contracts, managing field staffing, procurement, subcontractor documentation, liaison with clients and architects, construction monitoring, financial management, safety oversight, and cash flow projection. • Oversee bid packages for sub‑contractor involvement and correctness • Negotiate sub‑contractor changes and contracts with clients/owners • Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through regional heads • Maintain positive client relationships and resolve disputes • Manage procurement log and monitor progress of long‑lead items • Review subcontractor PCOs and prepare change order requests • Review RFI and submittal logs with project engineers • Liaise with prime clients and architect/engineer contacts to facilitate construction • Direct on‑site superintendent to ensure schedule and budget compliance • Represent the company in project and labor strategy meetings • Handle financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment and equipment rental • Monitor jobsite safety and address deficiencies promptly • Assist in preparing progress payments and obtaining approvals • Develop cash‑flow projections with project controller for home office and owner • Approve time‑and‑material rates as needed

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field, and have at least five years of commercial construction experience on projects over $50 million, preferably with Job Order Contracting. Proficiency in construction cost, scheduling, BIM, Primavera P‑6, Procore, MS Office, and related software, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills are required. • Demonstrate full understanding of contract terms and conditions

Benefits
