About the Role
The Inside Account Executive/Sales team, comprising multiple Account Executives, handles inbound customer requests, proactively engages existing clients, and pursues new business. The manager oversees this team, the Florida Market Area’s account-management program, and provides on-demand support to the Inside Retention team. Key responsibilities include refining sales and retention processes for the Florida market, establishing coaching and training protocols, driving revenue through customer retention, handling escalated calls, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The manager also forecasts staffing needs, recruits qualified sales talent, and ensures team proficiency with WM sales tools such as Salesforce, MAS, and pricing systems. The role involves direct supervision of up to seven or eight full-time Inside Account Executives in a typical office setting. The position requires regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders to meet retention goals and support corporate sales strategies. • Supervise and support the Inside Account Executive and Inside Retention teams across the Florida market. • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales and retention workflows, including call flow and ticket processes. • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly coaching and training programs for individual reps and the team. • Generate revenue by retaining existing customers and executing the area’s sales and marketing plan. • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels on all transactions. • Forecast staffing needs, recruit, and onboard qualified inside‑sales personnel. • Maintain and train the sales team on WM tools such as Salesforce, MAS, and pricing systems. • Analyze new‑business trends and recommend corrective actions to senior leadership. • Achieve defined metrics for cancellations, new sales, proactive retention, pricing, service upgrades, and referrals. • Lead a proactive account‑retention program to meet or exceed retention targets.

What You Bring
The role requires proven sales management and supervisory experience, focusing on a team that sells to and retains small- and medium-sized business customers. The position is office-based (near 100%) at 499 South Gloster, Ste B2, Tupelo, MS 38801, and candidates must be able to commute. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess a high school diploma/GED combined with at least five years of inside-sales leadership experience. Internal applicants should have demonstrated leadership on their current teams.
