About the Role

The Executive Programs Marketing Operations Manager drives targeted engagement for Autodesk’s executive audiences. This role activates multi‑channel programs, strengthens customer relationships, and works closely with Sales and Leadership to support Autodesk’s strategic priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong campaign execution, audience‑strategy expertise, and a values‑driven approach aligned with Autodesk’s One ORBIT culture. The manager owns end‑to‑end program operations, including data governance, reporting frameworks, workflow design and systems that enable scalable execution across the Global Executive Engagement portfolio. They build and maintain dashboards that surface program performance, pipeline impact, budget pacing, nomination flow and field participation, translating insights into recommendations that improve effectiveness and resource allocation. Budget tracking, forecasting and reconciliation are managed across programs, with spend monitored against plan to identify efficiencies and guide investment decisions. The role drives audience strategy—segmentation, targeting criteria, account prioritization and nomination allocation—in partnership with Sales, Leadership and Field Marketing, and supports field enablement through tools, guidance and communication. Centralized nomination intake, routing and approvals are overseen, applying operational best practices and standardized processes to improve accuracy, transparency and speed. Integrated marketing strategies are developed, tested and optimized across audience segments, channels and content to increase performance and reduce operational friction. Program engagement is measured end‑to‑end, reporting on conversions, cost‑per‑engagement, pipeline influence and ROI to enable continuous optimization. The manager collaborates with Sales and Leadership to ensure visibility, collaboration and accurate forecasting across executive audience efforts, identifies cross‑program opportunities to streamline workflows, consolidate tools and improve resource leverage, and delivers executive‑level reporting that surfaces insights for strategic decisions.
