About the Role
The Production Technician supports day‑to‑day manufacturing operations for the Wildlife Mitigation Business Unit (WMBU), producing Greenjacket® and Reliaguard® products. The role involves safely executing spraying, modifying, grinding, and finishing activities to meet daily production targets, quality standards, and on‑time delivery. It requires strong attention to detail, adherence to work instructions, effective use of hand and power tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. The standard schedule is Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM (10‑hour shift) with two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute break, with overtime opportunities on Fridays as needed. • Meet daily production targets by following standard work, blueprints, and design drawings to spray, modify, and grind custom‑fit products. • Operate and maintain handheld air guns and power tools, perform equipment checks, and promptly report issues. • Perform rework per specifications and verify workmanship against quality checkpoints and tolerances. • Monitor workstation inventory and support accurate material handling and transaction discipline. • Follow PPE requirements, participate in safety talks, and report hazards or near‑misses. • Collaborate with peers, leads, quality, and supervisors; attend daily tier meetings. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, equipment gauges, and work instructions. • Troubleshoot issues and escalate quickly. • Manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Observe safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and participate in safety training and drills.

What You Bring
• Support housekeeping, 5S practices, and adapt to job rotation across cells or lines. • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; spray foam or paint experience is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Accurate measurement skills in imperial and metric units. • Proficient with measuring tapes, rulers, and common hand/power tools. • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong communication, listening, teamwork, punctuality, and reliability. • Stand and walk for extended periods; lift 35–50 lb as needed. • Work comfortably in varying temperatures and with approved hazardous chemicals using proper training and PPE. • Valid forklift certification and/or electric pallet truck experience (preferred). • Use required PPE (safety footwear, eye/ear protection, gloves, coveralls, full‑face respirator as needed).
