About the Role

The Brokerage Specialist reports to the Office Manager and provides dedicated support to a broker or team, acting as a direct communication line and handling client service, marketing, research, and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, managing client databases, deal pipelines, documentation, and content creation timelines, as well as organizing broker and client events and assisting with meetings and calendars. The specialist maintains confidential records, creates and edits presentation and marketing materials using approved templates and Adobe InDesign, and ensures high-quality written communication. • Provide business development and targeted sales/marketing support to the fee‑earner. • Manage and maintain the client database and deal pipeline documentation. • Coordinate data collection, aggregation, and preparation for presentations. • Oversee content creation timelines and collaborate with internal departments. • Organize broker and client entertainment events such as meetings, open houses, and dinners. • Assist with meeting logistics and manage active calendars for the department or team. • Maintain confidential department records and office files per company procedures. • Create and edit presentation materials (flyers, leasing proposals, case studies, email blasts, LOIs, NDAs, etc.) using standard templates and Adobe InDesign. • Produce marketing materials with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ensure high‑quality writing, editing, and proofreading of all communications. • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service in a deadline‑driven environment.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), two or more years in commercial real estate, a California DRE license (or ability to obtain one within six months), proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and optionally Argus; strong writing, detail orientation, and professional customer service are required. • Possess or obtain a California DRE license within six months of hire. • Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least two years of commercial real estate experience. • Demonstrate strong organizational, priority‑setting, and verbal/written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

The position offers a salary range of $74,800‑$88,000, comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off, within a primarily office‑based environment. • Benefit package includes health, vision, dental insurance, FSAs, HSAs, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
