About the Role
Key duties involve cultivating and sustaining relationships with end‑user partners, managing contracts and programs, and mentoring local market teams on the end‑user development process. Collaboration with Channel Marketing and consistent use of Salesforce.com support strategic initiatives and communication of performance insights. • Achieve sales targets for DEWALT, Stanley, Lenox, Irwin, Bostitch, Porter‑Cable and related brands in the Los Angeles territory. • Establish and maintain key relationships with end‑user partners, overseeing CORE and other SBD contracts. • Mentor local market teams on identifying and engaging trade associations, safety personnel, engineers, and purchasing contacts. • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to execute coordinated marketing initiatives. • Utilize Salesforce.com for CRM management and sales planning. • Communicate successes and challenges promptly to refine sales processes and capitalize on opportunities.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent construction experience, and bring at least three years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 50% of the territory. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred; construction experience may substitute. • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies with a proven record of selling to C‑suite and jobsite leaders. • Demonstrated strong negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the assigned territory. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
