About the Role

The role involves delivering function‑specific performance activities on assigned commissions under the supervision and mentorship of senior management or designated Project/Programme Management professionals. It also requires implementing specialist functional frameworks and strategies, building strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and client representatives, and monitoring responsibilities outlined in Stakeholder & Communications management plans. • Deliver function‑specific performance activities under senior mentorship. • Implement specialist functional frameworks and strategies across assignments. • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and client representatives. • Monitor and execute Stakeholder & Communications management plans, including performance reporting. • Develop and refine methodologies within the Stakeholder & Communications function. • Promote integration across Stakeholder Management, Communications, Consents, and Interface Management. • Ensure service activities align with Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and relevant legislation. • Identify and pursue continuous‑improvement opportunities. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and development for staff.
