About the Role

In this role you will supervise the cleaning team that delivers high‑quality cleaning services throughout the store, while also taking part in cleaning tasks yourself. You will recruit, train, schedule, and process timesheets for the team to ensure accurate pay. Health and safety is the top priority; you will monitor and manage safety standards for yourself and all staff, supported by provided equipment and guidance.
