About the Role
The position is full‑time, year‑round, with a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule (8:30 am‑6:00 pm) that includes weekends and holidays. You will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest requests. • Process check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently • Generate folios and handle payments accurately • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests • Prepare and restock front‑desk supplies and information packets • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members • Assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisor

What You Bring
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent multitasking, organization and prioritization skills • Minimum six months of customer service experience, preferably hospitality • Preferred: prior front desk or guest services experience • Preferred: experience processing credit‑card transactions • Preferred: background in resort hospitality or related fields
