About the Role
The Facility Executive (Soft Skill) is responsible for managing all aspects of the soft‑skill service delivery system during each shift, ensuring that pending work is completed and that operational standards are met. The role includes oversight of housekeeping operations—ensuring muster and deployment, tracking performance, addressing issues promptly, and conducting regular facility walk‑throughs. It also involves coordinating with the facility manager on vendor performance, maintaining pantry and reprographic equipment, and documenting communications for shift handovers. In addition, the executive provides daily oversight of the Space Administration Office, handling space‑related requests such as key issuance, work orders, relocations, and conference‑room reservations, while evaluating building usage to allocate space efficiently and maintaining accurate space data. • Manage all aspects of soft‑skill service delivery during each shift. • Ensure housekeeping muster, deployment, and record penalties/comments for service improvement. • Update housekeeping duty manager on TR/VIP visits. • Prioritize and track resolution of housekeeping issues each shift. • Conduct facility walk‑throughs to inspect restrooms, common and development areas. • Review vendor performance matrix with facility manager monthly. • Maintain upkeep of pantry and reprographic equipment. • Log all communications in technical/HK team logbook for handover. • Perform facility tours and document required actions. • Prepare and communicate weekly rosters for Helpdesk, Front Office, and Mail Room. • Adhere to policies, processes, statutory documents, SLAs and KPIs. • Coordinate with Engineering team for related issues. • Oversee Space Administration Office, handling key requests, work orders, small projects, relocations, conference room bookings, and environmental conditions. • Evaluate building and space usage to determine allocations and assignments. • Create and facilitate processes to maintain accurate space information.
