About the Role

The role requires implementing and managing drafting and plan-preparation standards, developing technical drawings and plans, and performing quality checks on complex designs. What You Bring

Our Tampa, Florida office is seeking a Civil Operator or Designer with more than six years of experience to join the Roadway team. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects within a collaborative environment. Applicants must have at least six years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (an associate’s degree is preferred), and advanced proficiency with Bentley products. Strong work ethic, effective communication, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to mentor others are also required. • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience; high school diploma (associate's degree preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Bentley products and ability to set up printing/plotting settings • Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills, and ability to work independently and in teams • Willingness to mentor and teach others; detail-oriented, professional attitude, self-starter
