What You Bring
• 8+ years leading a landscape architecture practice or studio. • Licensed Registered Professional/Certified Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain within 1 year). • Proven business development and marketing skills, including proposal writing, scoping, and budgeting. • Strong client engagement and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent communication at all organizational levels and experience mentoring staff. • Demonstrated profitable project management.
