About the Role

The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Director, is a non‑exempt hourly position with a salary range of $16.00‑$16.10, and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ apartments and assigned common areas. The role includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, laundering linens, keeping common areas sanitized, handling cleaning chemicals per OSHA, organizing storage, and reporting maintenance and safety issues promptly.

What You Bring
