About the Role

• Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. • Manage project finances, including timely client invoicing and financial monitoring. • Develop detailed project plans and apply performance management techniques. • Oversee change control processes and maintain regular communications with the team and client. • Prepare formal budget progress reports and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Create proposals for new work or variations and propose improvements to project management procedures. • Ensure awareness of quality, safety, health, and environment issues and maintain effective project governance. • Provide strategic advice during project conception and manage time to meet quality and schedule targets. • Build strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional team members and contribute to business development opportunities.

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend Heery are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to work on large‑scale projects for a key Government client. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with excellent communication skills, able to take initiative and drive activities with limited supervision. This role requires on‑site presence and may involve travel or relocation for upcoming client projects after the assignment ends. • Possess 7–10 years of construction experience with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on commercial ground‑up real estate projects and strong stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead line‑management responsibilities and adhere to SOX control requirements where applicable.
