About the Role
The EV Partnerships Executive role sits within the Services business and focuses on delivering high‑calibre support and insight for both partners and customers. By ensuring timely, accurate reporting and offering data‑driven recommendations, the role helps optimise processes and drive growth across the EV partnership channel. It operates within agreed contractual and regulatory parameters. Key duties include managing service issue escalations, contributing to monthly and quarterly business reviews, and maintaining weekly performance targets through proactive partner interaction and negotiation. The executive owns partner performance reporting, leads supplier relationship management, and provides analytical insight to improve sales, installations and budget decisions. They also act as the primary contact for partner order queries, ensure compliance with FCA and OFGEM regulations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance metrics. • Manage service issue escalations and provide input for monthly/quarterly business reviews with partners. • Drive weekly performance targets through persistent partner engagement, sales, relationship building, and negotiation. • Own partner performance reporting to ensure compliance with contractual terms. • Lead supplier relationship management with EV partners to expand the partnership channel. • Analyse data to generate actionable insights for improving EV partner sales, installations, and budget recommendations. • Maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, securing senior‑level sign‑off on key plans. • Monitor partner developments across leadership, technology, platforms, and channels. • Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for partner order queries, supporting the EV Partnership Management team. • Ensure all third‑party relationships comply with FCA and OFGEM regulatory frameworks. • Produce clear, concise documentation and analysis using PowerPoint and Excel to aid decision‑making.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strong influencing and communication abilities, and high numeracy with a keen eye for detail. Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups and a solid understanding of great customer service are essential.
