About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through the entire purchasing journey, from the first contact to closing, using proactive sales techniques and deep market knowledge to create a seamless experience. In this role you will engage visitors, assess their home‑buying needs, generate and close sales from both self‑generated and referred leads, and maintain accurate communication records throughout the process. You will also travel locally to prospect new leads, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. • Engage visitors and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close sales from self‑generated or referred leads with the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach. • Provide consistent follow‑up with customers from initial contact through closing and post‑closing activities. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; coordinate maintenance as needed. • Travel throughout the local community to prospect leads from Realtors, referrals, and self‑prospecting. • Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of market competition, community details, sales trends, and customer demographics. • Track daily customer traffic using company‑designated tools. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (college degree and real estate license preferred) and 1–3 years of experience in new‑home sales or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools.
