About the Role

The Dining Server role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and creating a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include taking meal orders, serving meals, and providing assistance throughout the dining process, with both full‑time and part‑time schedules available. • Take resident dining orders, remembering names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. • Set up and maintain the dining room, ensuring all service items are available and areas are cleaned and sanitized. • Serve meals and assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments. • Follow safe food‑handling practices and comply with all regulatory and community policies. • Track and document resident attendance for each meal. • Fulfill special dining requests and support special events. • Attend all scheduled in‑service training sessions.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of fine‑dining or senior‑living experience. • Demonstrate strong organization, time‑management, judgment, and problem‑solving skills. • Experience working with seniors. • Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and use fine and gross motor skills with proper body mechanics.
