About the Role
• Perform fieldwork and pile load testing for utility‑scale solar projects following engineering instructions. • Collect and document data for solar pile foundations, including site reconnaissance and geotechnical drilling. • Observe and record geotechnical construction activities; conduct construction testing/inspection during build phases. • Execute additional engineering tasks as assigned by the project team. • Operate heavy equipment and lift loads up to 100 lb. • Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting and data management.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be willing to travel extensively (95‑100 % nationwide). Desired experience includes utility‑scale solar pile load testing, geotechnical drilling, and construction material testing; proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 100 lb are also required. • Travel nationwide up to 100 % of the time and work in varied site conditions. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Communicate effectively in oral and written form and collaborate within project teams.
