About the Role

The Senior Associate – Feeder Operations will be responsible for processing Indian customs filings on behalf of Unifeeder, ensuring data integrity and quality. Core duties include gathering and correcting cargo and vessel details, uploading error‑free information to the ICEGATE portal, and planning daily work according to vessel schedules. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and collaborative teamwork, reporting to the Assistant Manager in Navi Mumbai. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry of ocean‑transportation documents. • Organise multiple tasks efficiently, following established system guidelines. • Adopt a customer‑focused mindset to deliver exceptional service and meet booking deadlines.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Apply extensive knowledge of India’s export and import customs filing (ICEGATE) and adhere to regulations and deadlines. • Utilise Excel proficiency to work on multiple files simultaneously. • Employ basic technical proficiency with CRM tools and related software. • Manage time effectively to achieve defined KPIs and meet deadlines. • Possess a minimum of 4 + years experience in India customs filing within a reputable shipping/logistics organization. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong English communication, email writing, and Excel skills. • Be willing to work shift rosters aligned with vessel schedules, including night shifts.
