What You Bring
Spring Arbor Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN or LPN) to lead the Steele Creek community. The role involves guiding a dedicated care team, enhancing care quality, and ensuring residents, families, and staff feel valued and supported. Ideal candidates are seasoned, clinically sound nurses with proven industry and leadership experience, ready to make a tangible difference for seniors. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid nursing license in good standing, and have two or more years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in senior‑living. Strong leadership, employee‑relations skills, and experience with memory‑impaired residents are valued. Excellent written and verbal communication, a professional appearance, and proficiency with EHRs, care‑planning software and Microsoft Office are required.
