About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
Physical duties require the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, including outdoor environments, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris, are also part of the role. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑focused sales backgrounds such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service industries.
