About the Role

The manager will grow program clients and oversee multiple multi‑disciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, including proposal development, organization, health and safety, subcontract management, scheduling, financial control, and quality assurance. They will guide technical, cost, and scheduling decisions, maintain strong client relationships, and work with other managers to balance resources, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, they will assess and resolve conflicts to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and of high quality. • Manage and grow program clients and their projects. • Lead multi‑disciplinary teams through proposal, organization, health & safety, subcontract management, scheduling, financial control, and quality delivery. • Make technical, cost, and schedule decisions for interdisciplinary teams. • Maintain and expand client relationships by understanding needs and delivering superior service. • Collaborate with other managers to balance resources, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions. • Assess and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a New York professional engineer (PE) license are required, along with at least 12 years of experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and 6 years of project management experience. Candidates should possess knowledge of power and water infrastructure, strong collaboration and communication skills, and fluency in English; PMP certification and relevant project‑type experience are considered assets. • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. • Possess a New York PE license (or reciprocal). • Bring 12+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams, including 6+ years of project management experience. • Have knowledge of power and/or water‑related infrastructure. • PMP certification is a plus. • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills. • Proficient in English for written and verbal communication.

The position offers a compensation range of $150,400 to $195,300, depending on qualifications.
