About the Role

• Manage and document system requirements aligned with project objectives and stakeholder needs. • Analyze system architectures and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, and safety. • Conduct system integrations and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with specifications. • Oversee interface management to maintain compatibility between system components. • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks impacting project outcomes. • Apply systems engineering methodologies to resolve technical challenges throughout the lifecycle. • Exercise ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct per WSP’s Code of Conduct.

What You Bring

Relocation assistance is not available for this position, and the selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent. • 3–5 years of post‑degree engineering experience with a systems engineering background. • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret/Top‑Secret clearance. • Engineer in Training certification. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation skills. • Effective verbal and written communication for team and client interactions. • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in systems engineering tools, methodologies, and practices. • Demonstrated self‑leadership, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proven safety record and adherence to WSP health, safety, and harassment policies. • Preferred: active Secret or Top‑Secret clearance.
