About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role handles all aspects of leasing, marketing and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite attendance and strong customer service. Core duties include showing and leasing units, generating leads, completing leasing paperwork, maintaining prospect data, addressing resident concerns, assisting with lease audits and turnover, and supporting resident‑retention programs and office upkeep. Marketing responsibilities involve executing the annual marketing plan, conducting market surveys, and maintaining product knowledge of the property and competition. • Show and lease units, qualify prospects, and execute lease agreements • Generate and follow up on leads, maintain prospect traffic data, and meet leasing targets • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs and turnover processes • Respond to resident complaints and requests; support resident‑retention initiatives • Perform administrative tasks and keep office and common areas clean • Implement annual marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and stay informed on competition • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request response times • Enforce community policies as directed by the supervisor
