Senior Generative AI Engineer
Lead design & deployment of scalable Generative AI solutions for Kimberly‑Clark.
Job Highlights
About the Role
The engineer will design and scale GenAI solutions—including large language models, multimodal models, retrieval‑augmented generation systems and AI agents—selecting foundation models, fine‑tuning them with techniques such as prompt engineering, LoRA, PEFT, and RLHF, and driving innovation with GANs, VAEs, diffusion and transformer architectures. They will implement LLMOps for lifecycle management, deploy models using cloud‑native tools (Azure preferred) and MLOps platforms, and build observability features like hallucination detection and prompt‑drift monitoring while championing responsible AI. • Architect and develop scalable Generative AI solutions (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, AI agents). • Evaluate and select open‑source or commercial foundation models. • Fine‑tune and optimize models using prompt engineering, LoRA, PEFT, RLHF, and transfer learning. • Experiment with GANs, VAEs, diffusion models and transformer architectures. • Implement LLMOps for model lifecycle, versioning, evaluation and rollback. • Deploy models via cloud‑native tools (Azure preferred) and MLOps platforms such as Databricks. • Build AI observability features including hallucination detection and prompt‑drift monitoring. • Ensure responsible AI compliance with privacy, security and fairness standards. • Mentor AI/ML engineers and act as a technical thought leader. • Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate problems into AI solutions. • Publish internal research and share knowledge across teams.
