About the Role

The Supervisor will directly supervise workers and subcontractors, organise daily site activities, and plan and manage bookings to meet overall project timelines. What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our construction team, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality site works. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is committed to safety and excellence. We require previous construction experience, preferably in leading‑hand roles, and the ability to make timely, quality decisions under pressure. Knowledge of DIT specifications, experience with construction contractors, an unrestricted driver’s licence, and strong computer literacy are essential, while construction tickets for rollers, skid steers, excavators, or EWPs are viewed favourably. • Prior construction experience; leading‑hand roles preferred. • Knowledge of DIT specifications (advantageous). • Experience working with construction contractors. • Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence. • Construction tickets (roller, skid steer, excavator, EWP) viewed favourably. • Strong computer literacy.
