About the Role

The Technical Project Manager II works within the Project Management Team to coordinate a variety of projects, establishing scope, allocating resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting budget and schedule targets. The role requires close interaction with clients, vendors, and internal disciplines to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate project management activities, focusing on schedule, budget, and risk mitigation. • Plan, schedule, and monitor project work to ensure on‑time release and delivery. • Perform cost accounting and manage risks/opportunities. • Maintain regular contact with project clients and equipment vendors. • Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve management issues. • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored. • Communicate and coordinate project requirements across Nikkiso disciplines and external participants. • Generate project schedules, budgets, statements of work, and customer status reports. • Provide monthly status updates and manage day‑to‑day client communications. • Implement and track project budgets and schedules, adjusting work plans as needed. • Apply project methodology and enforce standards. • Uphold Nikkiso quality and EHS standards throughout project execution. • Host customers or their representatives during visits to Nikkiso facilities. • Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, and manual dexterity. • Travel to client offices, production facilities, or job sites as needed. • Complete new‑employee safety training and ongoing safety modules.

What You Bring

The position is based in North Las Vegas, Nevada, primarily in an office setting but may involve travel to client sites, production facilities, or construction locations, with occasional overtime. Employees must comply with Nikkiso’s environmental, health, and safety standards, including PPE requirements and safety training, and possess a clean driving record for travel between facilities. • Minimum 2 + years of engineering product/project management experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience accepted. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of project management standards and best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to resolve conflicts and promote organizational effectiveness. • Ability to lift up to 25 lb. • Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license. • Wear required Nikkiso PPE (safety shoes, glasses, face shields, FR clothing, cryogenic gloves/aprons, etc.).
