About the Role
The Executive – EHS is responsible for overseeing safety across all project activities by coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment. The role includes preparing a comprehensive safety plan that supports project objectives and delivering regular reports that track safety performance and risk mitigation. Ensuring that safety inductions, processes, and compliance documentation are consistently applied throughout the site is a key part of the position. • Manage and coordinate contractors and project stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment. • Generate regular risk and mitigation reports. • Prepare and maintain a detailed project safety plan aligned with project goals. • Produce safety observation reports and document corrective actions. • Define safe working areas for all on‑site personnel. • Develop a comprehensive site logistics plan. • Ensure safety inductions and processes are consistently followed. • Secure proper documentation for safety compliance from all stakeholders. • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on good practices, corrective measures, and improvement plans.

What You Bring
Candidates should have over six years of experience in project EHS management, a proven record in residential or commercial projects, and strong reporting capabilities. • Possess 6+ years of project EHS management experience, including residential/commercial project exposure.
