About the Role
• Propose solutions and engage partners in retention, employee relations, performance management, terminations, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and career development. • Conduct new hire orientations and lead integration planning for hires at all levels. • Serve as benefits point‑of‑contact, answering questions and educating employees on benefit programs. • Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and workers’ compensation. • Develop and facilitate multiple training programs. • Manage special projects with region‑wide or company‑wide impact.

What You Bring
• 4+ years of related experience, including employee relations. • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Human Resources or related field. • Willingness to travel ~20 % day travel and occasional overnight trips. • Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment law. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS systems. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. • Excellent organization, follow‑through, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. • Collaborative mindset across regional and firm‑wide teams. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide superior client service. • PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP certification strongly preferred.
