Job Highlights
About the Role
The role involves typical office activities such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, and occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lb, with moderate noise levels. • Provide administrative support for high‑volume recruitment, managing job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate follow‑up. • Manage Dayforce requisitions, postings, applicant flow, and status updates accurately and promptly. • Prepare interview packages, scorecards, and coordinate multi‑panel or cross‑time‑zone interviews. • Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely and professional communication. • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, industry events, and campus career days, including preparation of materials and signage. • Support employer branding by updating social media with job postings, recruitment campaigns, and career content. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Dayforce and internal tools, and generate reports on hiring progress, vacancy status, and KPIs. • Improve recruitment templates, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency. • Draft recruitment‑related documentation as needed.

What You Bring
• Hold a post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Possess 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in recruitment or high‑volume hiring. • Demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Communicate effectively and handle confidential information with professionalism. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Dayforce is a plus. • Comfortable representing the organization at job fairs and similar events. • Exhibit competencies such as time management, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, adaptability, initiative, collaboration, and teamwork.

Benefits
