About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest suitable units, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
The role requires physical capability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk and stand in outdoor environments for up to half the shift, climb stairs, and open large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Ideal candidates have a background in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.
