About the Role

• Ensure personal, crew, and job‑site safety and attend product and safety training. • Verify truck inventory at the loading dock and stock needed materials. • Layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, and electrical equipment per project plan. • Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and perform final site clean‑up. • Collaborate professionally with customers and team members. • Follow safety policies, recognize hazards, and promote safe work practices. • Meet deadlines, metrics, and deliver results individually and as a team. • Lift up to 50 lb frequently and up to 100 lb with assistance; work on rooftops. • Climb ladders, work on varied roof angles, and navigate attics, basements, and crawl spaces. • Work outdoors in extreme temperatures, noise, humidity, and wear appropriate PPE.
