About the Role
The role focuses on material cataloguing, reviewing and providing recommendations, identifying duplicate material master records, validating allowable values, and delivering tasks on time with quality. • Conduct material cataloguing, review and provide recommendations. • Identify and eliminate duplicate material master records. • Validate and define allowable values for material data. • Extract technical information from drawings, datasheets, manuals, and catalogs to prepare Bills of Materials and PO text. • Apply taxonomy development and UNSPC/GMSG coding standards. • Manage sourcing from manufacturers and vendors, including obsolescence management. • Support procurement cycle activities and drilling/OCTG spares management. • Utilize Excel, MS Office, and SAP MM for material maintenance tasks.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 6–10 years of experience in oil and gas plant environments, strong knowledge of cataloguing, procurement, equipment and spares, taxonomy development, UNSPC/GMSG coding, vendor sourcing, obsolescence management, bill of materials preparation, and the procurement cycle. Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, and SAP MM is required, and material maintenance experience within the oil & gas domain is preferred. • Possess 6–10 years of experience in oil & gas plant environments.
