What You Bring

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills, possess basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and are committed to actively participating in HDR’s employee‑owned culture. Preferred applicants have completed roughly two years toward their degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and possess knowledge of software packages relevant to their field of study or industry. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program. • Demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Possess basic Microsoft Office proficiency. • Preferably have completed ~2 years toward degree with a 3.0+ GPA. • Show knowledge of software packages relevant to the field of study/industry.
