About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking and standing in outdoor environments for up to 50% of the shift, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds and curb appeal clean and free of debris. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Leverage prior customer‑service or sales experience (retail, restaurant, etc.). • Hold a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for inter‑location travel (mileage reimbursed).
