About the Role
The position is within the Infrastructure department, supporting major infrastructure and rail projects. It reports to the Project Controls leadership and collaborates with project managers, controls staff and other team members to quantify cost and schedule impacts. • Establish and maintain a Risk Management Framework, strategy, methodology and tools. • Conduct quantified risk analysis, building models with Excel, @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, or programming languages. • Lead risk evaluation process: identification, qualification, quantification, and implementation of mitigation measures. • Maintain and monitor the Project Risk Register, measuring effectiveness of mitigations. • Coordinate with project teams to identify efficiencies that reduce schedule, costs and improve performance. • Develop cost and schedule contingency using Monte Carlo simulation. • Quantify potential cost and schedule impacts of risk and change in collaboration with project controls staff. • Facilitate risk workshops, ensuring participant understanding and follow‑up responsibilities. • Build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders while remaining independent in judgment. • Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable. • Provide clear written and oral risk reports and presentations.

What You Bring
• Hold 7+ years of relevant experience (or 10 years without a degree) in risk management, construction or project management; possess a degree in Mathematics, Business, Analytics, Engineering or a related field; be an expert user of Excel, @RISK and Primavera Risk Analysis; demonstrate strong communication, analytical and organizational skills; and be willing to travel as required.

Benefits
The full‑time role offers a salary range of $150K‑$175K, reflecting base pay only and subject to adjustment based on experience.
