QA Automation Lead 

About the Role

The QA Automation Lead will design and implement automation test strategies, build scalable frameworks, integrate tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, and drive cross‑browser, performance, and API testing. They will mentor the QA team, collaborate with product and development stakeholders in SAFe Agile ceremonies, and oversee cloud testing on Azure and Salesforce modules. Continuous improvement will be pursued through AI integration, metric reporting, and quality standards enforcement. • Design, develop, and implement automation test strategies for web and cloud applications. • Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. • Conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device testing with BrowserStack. • Lead performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner and optimize application performance. • Mentor and train QA team members, fostering career growth. • Manage manual and automated API testing with Postman and RestSharp, and validate data in SQL Server and Cosmos DB. • Champion best practices for security, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and developers in SAFe Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives). • Facilitate cloud testing for Azure‑hosted applications and support troubleshooting. • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating AI capabilities into QA workflows. • Ensure high test coverage, defect management, quality metrics, and reporting. • Oversee test planning and execution for Salesforce modules (Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud). • Present QA strategies, results, and metrics to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

This is a leadership role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring of junior testers, and strategic oversight of QA processes for enterprise applications. Candidates must have 8+ years leading QA automation in medium to large enterprises, with deep experience in Selenium‑C# and MSTest, Azure DevOps integration, and cross‑browser testing using BrowserStack. Expertise in API automation, database validation (SQL Server, Cosmos DB), performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, and familiarity with Salesforce is required. Strong communication, mentoring abilities, and a background in Agile (SAFe) and AI‑enhanced QA are essential. • Architect scalable Selenium‑C# frameworks using MSTest. • 8+ years leading QA automation in medium to large enterprise projects. • Proven expertise in Selenium‑C# and MSTest automation. • Strong experience integrating automated tests with Azure DevOps pipelines. • Proficiency with BrowserStack, Postman, RestSharp, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB. • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and Salesforce platforms. • Demonstrated ability to mentor distributed QA teams and apply AI in testing. • Excellent verbal and written communication for executive presentations.
