About the Role

This role is a mechanical integrity technical position focused on fixed equipment within petrochemical facilities. It provides technical support to clients, emphasizing risk‑based inspection programs, troubleshooting, asset improvement, and technology selection. The incumbent will lead inspection and corrosion management for upstream and downstream oil & gas assets, delivering innovative solutions, automations, and methodologies that differentiate Quest Global. Responsibilities include integrity assessments such as FFS, corrosion evaluations, remaining life studies, and driving Integrity Engineers to execute high‑quality workflows at scale. Key duties involve degradation evaluations of pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping circuits, flares, storage tanks, and pressure‑relief devices, as well as monitoring integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations. The role also covers root‑cause analysis, bad‑actor identification, data analytics, digital tool implementation, and continuous improvement of risk‑based strategies and task intervals. Regional oversight includes managing integrity work product metrics for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency, while coordinating knowledge transfer and skill management across global centers. What You Bring

Candidates must hold an engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical) and have 8‑14+ years of oil & gas experience, including expertise in risk‑based inspection, fixed‑equipment tasks, inspection optimization, piping circulation/TML development, API damage mechanisms, materials, corrosion, welding, and NDT. Proficiency with software such as APM Meridium, Pestra, and Casmeredo, strong leadership, communication skills, knowledge of ASME codes, and flexibility for shift work, travel, and international assignments are required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in API 580, 510, 570, 571, 653, NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist, BSI ISO, AWS/CSWIP/ASNT NDT techniques, experience with Meridium/Credo/Pestra and SAP, and a background in implementing automation, AI, and IoT solutions within the oil & gas portfolio. • Piping Circutization/TML development • Knowledge of materials and standards • Knowledge of corrosion & welding • Knowledge of NDTs • Knowledge of software (APM Meridium/Pestra/Casmeredo, etc.) • Ability to lead teams • Excellent communication • Certification and in‑depth working knowledge in API 580, 510, 570, 571, 653, NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist, BSI ISO/ ENI AS Standards, AWS/CSWIP/ASNT NDT Techniques • Experience with Meridium/Credo/Pestra and SAP
