About the Role
The Consulting Associate will support the delivery of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, risk assessments, soil/groundwater remediation, and asset retirement services throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining proactive health and safety programs on site, establishing strong client relationships, working effectively within multidisciplinary project teams, and contributing to project budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction targets. • Support Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation projects in Singapore and APAC. • Deliver Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, risk assessments, and soil/groundwater remediation. • Develop and maintain health and safety programs at project sites. • Build strong client relationships through effective project delivery. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across borders. • Contribute to project budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction targets. • Assist in proposal preparation and business development activities.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering and have up to two years of experience in environmental site assessment or sustainability consulting. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with Microsoft applications are required, while experience with AutoCAD and GIS is desirable. • Hold a Science or Engineering degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS is a plus. • Ability to multitask, mentor junior staff, and work collaboratively.
