Accounts Payable Manager

About the Role

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credits, and vendor payments • Manage and develop a team of six A/P professionals, providing day-to-day guidance, oversight, and performance support • Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen communication within the A/P function • Monitor aging, resolve discrepancies, and drive improvements related to past-due items and open credits • Maintain strong internal controls, including vendor master setup, documentation, and compliance with accounting policies • Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable and general ledger reconciliations • Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships • Leverage SAP ECC to manage workflows, reporting, and transactional accuracy
