About the Role

• Manage and grow assigned customer portfolio across the region. • Conduct proactive outbound calls and scheduled follow‑ups to generate new business. • Perform regular sales calls to existing customers per agreed plans. • Identify key prospects and decision‑makers, communicating value propositions. • Price work and cash‑sale enquiries according to volume levels and pricing policy. • Support District Sales Managers with market analysis and competitor insights. • Handle written and verbal customer enquiries promptly and professionally. • Produce accurate quotations meeting technical and customer requirements. • Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on orders, pricing, products and delivery. • Process payments for cash sales. • Contribute to team morale and assist colleagues to meet area goals. • Provide cover for other team roles by building cross‑functional knowledge. • Collaborate closely with DSMs for a seamless commercial approach.
