About the Role

The Fabrication Helper will support the fabrication team by handling materials, assisting with assembly, maintaining clean work areas, preparing tools, performing quality checks, and operating machinery under supervision while following safety protocols. The role ensures smooth production floor operations and compliance with safety standards. • Assist with loading and unloading materials and products using appropriate equipment while following safety protocols. • Aid in the assembly of components and parts according to fabrication specifications. • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. • Prepare tools and equipment for use by cleaning, lubricating, and ensuring proper condition. • Support quality control checks to ensure finished products meet standards. • Provide fabrication support by holding materials, operating machinery under supervision, and performing directed tasks. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. • Sit or stand for up to 95 % of work hours. • Work in facility with seasonal hot/cold temperatures, dust, and occasional chemical fume exposure.

What You Bring
