About the Role
Reporting to an experienced sales leader, the Account Partner will own a portfolio of agency clients, delivering consultative solution selling both virtually and in‑person. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle—from initial meetings and demonstrations to building business cases, contract execution and performance reporting—while positioning Domain’s suite of products as essential business tools. A typical day involves getting to know clients’ businesses intimately, solution‑selling across Domain’s product portfolio, presenting insights to key stakeholders, strategising growth initiatives and occasionally supporting key‑account activity during peak periods. The role also requires proactive relationship maintenance, introducing new products, providing world‑class customer service and feeding market feedback back to the product team. • Drive revenue growth and product adoption for residential real estate agency clients in Sutherland Shire & St George. • Conduct consultative solution selling both virtually and in-person, managing the full sales cycle from demos to contract execution. • Build and maintain strong client partnerships, presenting Domain insights and recommending new products. • Meet sales targets by crafting custom product bundles and negotiating win‑win agreements. • Provide world‑class customer service by resolving queries and operational issues promptly. • Report on account performance and market feedback, identifying growth opportunities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven success in B2B consultative selling and account management, can craft custom product solutions, negotiate effectively and communicate ROI through compelling storytelling. Confidence in public speaking, a reliable vehicle for regional travel, and experience in real‑estate, media, advertising or software sales are advantageous, as is proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. • Required: proven B2B consultative selling/account management experience, strong presentation and storytelling skills, ability to travel across the region (car allowance provided). • Preferred: experience in real estate, media, advertising or software sales; face‑to‑face sales; proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
