About the Role
• Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously • Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and in a timely manner • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins • Maintain up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter data • Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents • Complete monthly administrative tasks and keep paperwork organized • Resolve resident maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments
